One of My Favorite Things!
Monday, November 8, 2010 at 5:33PM Today I got to spend time with a really good friend. A friend I haven't seen in months (he was teaching English to kids in India for 6 months). Seeing old friends always puts me on such a high and our little meet-up today will keep me in a good spirits for days! But the best part, by far, about today was getting to reminisce about our shared experiences in Europe.
Talking about our trip abroad and recalling all of the little details is one of my favorite things. Because everyone remembers things differently so someone may bring up something that you may have totally forgotten about. Eventually with time, memories start to fade but when I get together with my friends and laugh and talk and catch up, Italy feels like it happened only yesterday and the memories seem so much more alive.
I am so thankful to have such great friends + some really awesome memories that we all share!
